SHRIMP HARVESTING PROCESS
At our top-quality shrimp ponds, shrimp larvae are nurtured in clean water to guarantee healthy growth. We closely monitor their nutrition, water quality and growth each day to ensure that they to grow plump and flavorful. Once fully grown, the prawns are carefully collected, quickly cleaned, and sorted. Ice is used to keep them fresh while they are transported back to the factory.

After the fresh prawns are brought ashore, workers quickly sort, clean and immediately add ice to preserve their original freshness and sweetness. Every step is carefully handled to ensure firm and bouncy prawn meat.

Once our fresh prawns arrive at the factory, they are immediately processed through a grading system. We use advanced prawn-sorting machines to quickly and accurately classify them based on size and quality. Each prawn is automatically sorted into specific size categories such as 13/15, 16/20, 21/25, and 26/30, ensuring consistency and standardization. After grading, clear labels with size and grade information are applied to each package, making it easy for customers to identify and select. The entire process is efficient and hygienic, not only speeding up handling but also preserving the freshness and quality of the prawns. From the sea to shipment, we are committed to delivering the best.


We offer two handling methods for our seafood:
🧊 Chilled (ice-packed) – Freshly caught and immediately iced to preserve original taste and freshness.
❄️ Frozen – Flash-frozen to lock in nutrients, perfect for long storage and transport.
Both methods are handled professionally to ensure consistent quality and freshness in every delivery.
